| Title : | Cowabunga Biscuit |
The places for the May 2010 NGVFA and Red Devils parachute jump are full now with approximately 12 people jumping on behalf of the charity.
Each person is required to raise at least £500 so hopefully there will be many thousands of pounds raised! There may still be places available so if you are interested contact the office to put your name on a reserves list.
In other news this week Maria, Paul, Joanne, and Michelle all finished their NVQ's in Advice and Guidance, so the office was a happy place for most of the day. That was until Michelle and Maria got into a fight over a biscuit. Maria used the "I touched it first" method to claim it as her own, but Michelle counteracted that with the lick and spit technique.
At this point Sarah stepped in as an adjudicator and said she could resolve the issue by splitting the biscuit in half between the two of them. Maria agreed, but Michelle could not bear to see the poor biscuit broken in two and told her sister to take it all.
As biscuit adjudicator Sarah informed the pair that Michelle would now receive it all as only the true owner could not bear to see it broken in two.
But none of this mattered as Paul had eaten it whilst they were all arguing.
The biscuit mentioned in this fable was given to the NGVFA office staff by a kind member and we would just like to say that all such gifts are always welcome.
NOTE: All work mentioned in the office blog is extra done on top of the essential task of providing members with the support needed on a day-to-day basis.
